Lead a talented Service Delivery Digital Correspondence teamHybrid Working Environment + Bonus + Flexi Days (up to 5 days extra leave)Brisbane location with great WFH flexibilityAbout the role The Service Delivery Manager leads a Digital Correspondence Service Delivery team and is accountable for the full lifecycle of IT service delivery, including the initiation, transition and ongoing maintenance of the assets and platforms.
Along with the overall operational delivery and performance of a group of services and/or platforms, to meet business/user needs.
This role will primarily lead service delivery of Suncorp's Insurance Digital Correspondence and work closely with Digital Correspondence Platform owners.
