The Digital Experience Officer is responsible for maintaining engaging, accurate website content, supporting digital projects, and helping enhance the online experience for potential candidates. You will monitor performance, identify opportunities for optimisation, and ensures ADF Careers' digital presence aligns with brand and recruitment objectives.

Job Description

The Digital Experience Officer is responsible for the ongoing management and continuous improvement of ADF Careers' public facing digital assets, advocating best practice standards for ADF Careers content production, whilst supporting the delivery of digital projects.

You will:

* Maintain branded content for the ADF Careers website.
* Maintain key ADF Careers information on public facing ADF Careers channels, including requirements for roles and conditions of service.
* Maintain exceptional brand presence of ADF Careers across digital platforms, aligned to service and ADF requirements.
* Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to share digital and experience ideas, opportunities for innovation, and ideas for increasing awareness with new and existing audience.
* Deliver digital projects on time and in line with expectations.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure content on ADF Careers' digital assets are accurate and correct.
* Maintain deep knowledge of recruiting priorities and wider ADF Careers objectives to ensure efforts and output are aligned to current and future requirements.
* Coordinate performance metrics reporting and provide engagement, growth, competition behaviour and learnings across digital to drive continuous improvement.
* Maintain industry knowledge and stay up to date with new and emerging digital trends.
* Develop, manage and maintain a strong client relationships.
Candidate's Profile

Your background will demonstrate:

To apply for this position, you must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to maintain an Australian AGSVA security clearance.

* Excellent eye for detail and demonstrated experience juggling multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
* Strong writing skills with ability to review content to a high standard.
* Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills.
* Experience managing and developing content for diverse engagement platforms and audiences.
* Experience developing and managing social media accounts or websites.
* Proficiency with content management systems (CMS).
* Experience collaborating with creative agencies to develop and deliver high-quality and on-brand digital experience and assets.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, while also collaborating within a team environment.
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing or similar discipline and demonstrated experience working in a professional business environment
