The Company
A nationwide ink & coatings manufacturer for major players in the packaging industry. They specialise in products that are individually designed for all applications, whether for rigid packaging and plastics or paper-based products.
The Role:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and General Manager, you will be an integral part of the finance team, providing all facets of accounts duties utilising the SAP software, including:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assisting with financial reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Supporting the weekly and monthly payroll processing and expense claims
- Collaborating with internal departments and external vendors regarding invoice queries
- Supporting the GM and Logistics Team with outbound and inbound freight processes
- Ad hoc duties as required by management
The Person:
You are an experienced Accounts Assistant, have strong knowledge of the SAP software and are proficient with MS Office suite, i.e. Excel, Word, etc. You possess a high attention to detail, are a strong communicator and can work independently.
NOTE: Working On-site 3 days a week (you choose your preferred days) with the potential to evolve to full-time in the long term.
