The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key clients while leading service delivery and supporting team development. This is a pivotal role within the business, combining technical accounting expertise with leadership and relationship management. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring exceptional service, managing expectations, and delivering high quality outcomes. Working closely with Partners, you will also contribute to business development initiatives while playing a key role in mentoring and uplifting the broader team. This position offers the opportunity to influence both client outcomes and internal capability, making a tangible impact on business performance and growth. Key Responsibilitie s Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact and building trusted, long term relationships Oversee day to day service delivery, manage client expectations, and ensure work is completed accurately and within required timeframes Review compliance work across the team, providing technical guidance and feedback to maintain quality and reduce Partner review time Support and mentor junior team members, helping to build capability, consistency, and confidence across the broader team Contribute to business development activities, including identifying growth opportunities and supporting proposals, scopes, and estimates Play an active role in internal improvement initiatives, project delivery, workflow management, and overall service excellence The Successful Candidate You will be degree qualified in Accounting or a related discipline and bring proven experience in a client management or senior accounting role within a professional services environment. You will have strong technical capability, highly developed communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a practical way.
