The Opportunity

You Will
* Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across Service, Aftermarket, and Administration
* Balance operational delivery with strategic planning and commercial decision‐making
* Build strong customer relationships through technical support and service excellence
* Champion continuous improvement and operational discipline
* Create a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance
What You Bring
* 5+ years' leadership experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, or industrial maintenance
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, or Commerce (preferred), or strong mechanical/technical aptitude
* A proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams
* Strong commercial capability across sales, service, and customer engagement
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
* A leadership style that inspires performance and accountability
* Flexibility to travel regionally, interstate, and occasionally overseas
