The Opportunity

The Asset and Fleet Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and logistical support across fleet, assets, uniforms, PPE, and associated systems. The role ensures assets are compliant, available, well-maintained, and issued efficiently to support operational teams, while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative and operational support across fleet, assets, uniforms, PPE, and related systems.
* Coordinate fleet bookings, servicing schedules, and maintenance to ensure vehicles and assets remain compliant and operational.
* Coordinate uniform and PPE orders, distribution, stock levels, and employee collections.
* Conduct stocktakes of PPE, uniforms, asset consumables, and IT hardware.
* Support asset compliance through inspections, servicing coordination, and equipment calibration.
* Assist with IT hardware allocation and ordering for employees.
* Coordinate warehouse receivables and maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
* Communicate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.

Requirements

* Previous experience in maintenance/Fleet coordination.
* Strong administrative, planning, and scheduling skills.
* Knowledge of service scheduling, procurement, and asset management systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to compliance and safety.
* Proficiency with MS Office and asset management software (e.g., Procore, MYOB, or similar).
