Responsibilities
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
* Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies.
* Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with different departments to enhance HR and administrative processes.
Qualifications and Experience
* Certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Prior experience in HR and administration, preferably in the disability or community services sector.
* Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.

* Pay: $64,492.95 - $66,000.00 per year
