You will be the primary point of contact for internal customers, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality broadcast services by proactively resolving hardware and software issues across our 24/7 operations.Day to day you will:The successful candidate will be part of an enthusiastic team responsible for day to day support of sophisticated, up to date, technical broadcast systems.Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders via phone and ticketing systems.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across studio automation and live production.Support diverse environments including post-production, digital assets, and news gathering.Manage the lifecycle of incidents to ensure timely resolution of broadcast system faults.Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to staff knowledge sharing.Monitor industry trends to support the continuous improvement of broadcast standards.QualificationsWhat you'll bring:Tertiary qualifications in engineering, technology, or equivalent practical industry experience.A customer-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities.Clear communication skills and the motivation to work both independently and in teams.A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and upskilling in new technologies.Flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including early starts, weekends, and holidays.Prior experience providing technical support within broadcast or production environments is an advantage.Additional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
