Restaurant Manager/Senior Supervisor Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager or Senior Supervisor to lead our 300-seat waterfront restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will oversee busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts while managing the front of house operations.
About This Role
* Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and quality food preparation.
* Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching and support to enhance performance.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Monitor sales, profits, and expenses, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant diploma or equivalent experience in hospitality management.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
