Architectural Draftsperson – Multiple Positions

KHA is seeking talented Architectural Draftspersons to join our Fremantle studio. This is an exciting opportunity to work across many typologies and grow professionally at one of Australia's most awarded practices.
Applications are sought from talented Architectural Draftspersons to take on a key role in a variety of projects across the studio.
Responsibilities
* Two-dimensional drafting of working drawings
* Producing Building Information Models for documentation and coordination
* Three-dimensional digital modelling for design exploration and visualization
* Liaising with project consultants
* Interpreting local codes and regulation
* Communicating design to clients
Qualifications
* Experience working with complex buildings
* The ability to work collaboratively to develop projects from concept to completion
* Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
* An ability to work independently with clients and consultants
* Knowledge of procurement, construction, and building services
* An opportunity to work on bespoke/unique projects
* Great time‑management skills and be a proactive individual
* Tertiary qualifications in architecture or related discipline
Experience Needed
2-5 years of working experience (graduates of architecture will also be considered with relevant experience)
Software Capability
* AutoCAD – highly proficient
* Revit – highly proficient
* Sketch‑up
* Microsoft Office
Reference Required
Suitable candidate must provide 2 written references from previous employers
