We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to join Commonry's Marketing team.
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll support retail marketing, social media, influencer coordination, and campaign execution, helping bring our brand to life across stores, online, and through exciting partnerships.
THE ROLE:
* Assist in planning and executing retail campaigns, activations, and seasonal brand moments.
* Coordinate marketing requirements for new store openings and in-store experiences.
* Liaise with shopping centre marketing teams for Local Area Marketing opportunities.
* Support brand subsidy activity for key retail partners (Myer, David Jones & The Iconic).
* Help create content for social channels, including product prep, behind-the-scenes support, and sample management.
* Research trends and competitor activity.
* Support talent liaison, contracts, and sample management.
* Manage the sample room, ensuring product is organised and available for marketing and creative use.
* Assist creative director on styling days and attend campaign shoots where needed.
* Support brand events, product launches, store openings, and milestone celebrations.
* Assist with talent communication, event execution, and media/centre relationships as required.
* On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
THE PERFECT FIT:
* A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
* Marketing experience, preferably in retail.
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, able to work across teams and external partners.
