We’re on the lookout for proactive Administration Assistants to join our Operations team in a permanent capacity at our newly relocated facility in Helensvale. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting a busy team, keeping systems organised, and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing and managing customer orders through Shopify and CIN7
* Coordinating despatch to ensure orders are picked, packed, and sent accurately and on time
* Handling customer enquiries and supporting order-related queries
* Assisting with inventory administration, including stock updates, adjustments, and reconciliations
* Liaising with warehouse, support office and retail store teams to resolve order or stock discrepancies
* Flagging any stock issues, system errors, or despatch delays as they arise
* Supporting day-to-day operational tasks to keep processes running smoothly
KEY SKILLS
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or operations support is preferred but not essential
* Confidence using systems such as Shopify, CIN7, or similar (training provided)
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
* Clear communicators who enjoy working as part of a team
* A positive, solution-focused attitude
* Interest in retail, eCommerce, or fashion is a bonus
