As an Operational Director, you will oversee the strategic direction and implementation of financial, administrative, and compliance functions for Support At Home and Commonwealth Home Support Programme services. This involves managing client funding, ensuring adherence to legislative and organisational requirements, and timely financial reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
* Client Funding and Compliance: Manage client admissions and discharges in PRODA, guaranteeing compliance with Departmental requirements.
* Financial Management and Controls: Approve invoices and credit card transactions in Basware in accordance with delegated authority.
* Reporting and Business Performance: Prepare and present monthly reports on client numbers, movements, and CHSP outputs.
To succeed in this role, you will require tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, knowledge of current aged care reforms, and experience in financial and business management within aged care, health, or community services.
