* Meet with warm leads and help them design their perfect patio
* Deliver quotes that balance lifestyle benefits and honest pricing
* Be the human face of The Patio Factory — kind, clear, and trustworthy
* Help qualify leads and improve how marketing and sales work together
How We'll Measure Success:
* Sales conversion rate
* Average deal value and profit margins
* Revenue generated each month
* Customer feedback and experience

Compensation:
* Contractor Model: Commission only — high rates
* Employee Model: Base salary + significant commission
* Extras: Fuel allowance + % commissions
