About the role
Our Marketing Assistants/Coordinators live and breathe social media, love creating content and get involved across every stage of our clients' marketing. You'll work with diverse industries and channels while supporting our Directors and Marketing Managers to deliver impactful campaigns. With hands-on training, mentoring and a personalised career plan, you'll grow your skills and shape your marketing future with us.
What you'll do
1. Design and schedule social media content
– create monthly content calendars for clients across multiple industries.
2. Write and edit
– blogs, EDms, website copy and other written content.
3. Collaborate and coordinate
– brief designers, digital specialists and suppliers on creative assets like video, photography, ads and branding.
4. Keep projects moving
– assist with scheduling, client communications, and task management.
5. Support client campaigns
– assist our Marketing Managers to deliver marketing plans, research, and content strategies.
6. Learn by doing
– attend client meetings, draft follow-ups, and help implement actions.
7. Get hands-on
– from assisting with media releases to helping around the office, you'll be part of the team that makes it all happen.
What you'll bring
* 2+ years' experience
in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* Graduates may demonstrate relevant experience through any portfolio work including personal projects, internships, or freelance work.
* A
solid grasp of technology
, and not afraid to learn on the job because from day one you will be using a wide range of tools and software to keep our clients' marketing running smoothly.
* Proficiency with social media platforms is essential for this role.
* Great writing skills
– you love crafting a good caption or blog post.
* Strong organisation and time management
– juggling multiple projects doesn't faze you.
* A can-do attitude, sense of humour, and collaborative spirit.
* The flexibility to switch gears between clients and tasks with ease.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
