This community-based support organization is seeking an experienced Permanency Support Program Caseworker based in Goulburn. The successful candidate will provide ongoing support services for vulnerable groups including family preservation, out-of-home care and post-care programs.

* a minimum 2 years experience working with at-risk youth or families;
