The Waitlist Support Officer will be based in our light-filled, open-plan admissions department, working closely with a tight-knit team made up of another Waitlist Support Officer and a Waitlist Co-ordinator. About The Role
As the Waitlist Support Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the efficient scheduling of elective surgeries and ensuring patient care remains at the centre of all we do.
A Typical Week Will See You

* Coordinating theatre dates for elective surgery patients
* Managing short-notice cancellations and filling vacant slots efficiently
* Communicating with surgeons and patients to arrange appropriate surgery dates
* Supporting the Waitlist Co-ordinator and collaborating with the wider admissions team
