The organisation works closely with government and private donors to expand access to essential healthcare and advocate for reproductive rights.Position title: Senior People and Culture AdvisorLocation: MSI Australia Richmond Support Office & MSI AP Fitzroy OfficeDuration: Permanent, Part- or Full TimeHours per week: 30.4 - 38 (4 - 5 days)The role: The Senior People and Culture Advisor is a key member of the People and Culture team, providing expert HR guidance and operational support, with a primary focus on our Asia Pacific (MSIAP) business of approximately 20 employees. This role will also contribute to broader HR support and offer cross-functional support across the business.The advisor will partner with managers and employees to ensure compliance with local employment legislation, promote ethical practices, and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
