Key Responsibilities
* Deliver holistic, person-centred care that supports residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
* Conduct clinical assessments, develop and implement tailored care plans.
* Ensure clinical documentation and care practices comply with quality and accreditation standards.
* Supervise and mentor care staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
* Liaise with allied health professionals, families, and residents to achieve best care outcomes.
Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum 1 year experience in residential aged care.
* Strong clinical and assessment skills.
* Ability to lead, prioritise, and make sound decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Current National Police Clearance.
* Proof of work rights in Australia.
* Minimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations and seasonal influenza vaccine (recommended).
