We are seeking a motivated and energetic Team Assistant to join the highly successful Hector Team, working closely with one of Adelaide's leading agents, Tom Hector. This role is perfect for someone eager to launch their real estate career or expand their existing experience. Responsibilities
Preparing proposals, contracts and reports for agents
Liaising with clients and internal and external stakeholders
File and document management
Data management and auditing
Delivery of documentation and keys to clients
Attendance at property appointment and inspections (including on Saturdays, when required)
Project assistance
Other administrative tasks

Who You Are
Certificate IV in Property Services and a current real estate sales license (desirable) or willing to undertake the studies (essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Highly developed attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
The ability to manage a dynamic, fast-paced working environment
An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
