About the Job
As a customer service professional, you will play a vital role in guiding customers through their service journey, from booking to completion. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building loyalty and trust.
Your focus will be on providing a smooth, professional, and personalised experience for our customers. You will need to warmly greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, accurately identifying their vehicle service needs.
You will document customer concerns thoroughly and clearly via repair orders, defining the exact scope and nature of the work required. Your scheduling skills will ensure that service appointments are balanced with customer convenience and workshop capacity and availability.
You will provide clear and transparent explanations of estimated service times, costs, and payment methods. You will also coordinate all repair and maintenance services, ensuring that customers fully understand any applicable warranty conditions or required authorisations.
You will present tailored service offers to customers, promoting additional services, parts, or benefits that enhance their vehicle's performance and value.
Your attention to detail will ensure that customer and vehicle information is accurate and up-to-date. This includes reviewing and verifying the accuracy of customer and vehicle information, making corrections where necessary to ensure data integrity.
This role requires previous experience in a Service Advisor role (Automotive/truck industry experience is preferred). It also requires a genuine desire to help others and solve problems, as well as a calm, polite, positive, and empathetic approach – even under pressure.
