Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Programmatic Trader to join our team. As an Associate Programmatic Trader, you will be responsible for delivering client success across a diverse portfolio of accounts.
About the Role:
* Campaign Execution: End-to-end campaign ownership, performance monitoring, and data-driven buying decisions will be your primary focus.
* Portfolio Management: You will deliver on-point margin, retain clients, grow client business via surpassing KPIs, delivering insights, and building relationships.
* External Communication: Attend and participate in external meetings, deliver insight pieces, and Q&A, with a strong emphasis on delivering actionable insights via weekly commentary and end-of-campaign reports.
* Innovation: Regularly use campaigns to test and implement innovative ideas, maintaining and evolving trading/operational processes and best practices.
Key Requirements:
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
* The ability to work with large datasets in Excel files and BI internal tools.
* Strong troubleshooting ability, clear systematic approach to problem solving.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
