The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the marketing department.

1. Assist in ordering, distribution and organization of demo materials which includes products, simulation models and accessories across all product lines
2. Assist marketing team with production and upkeep of marketing literature
3. Assist in planning and arranging meetings and events
4. Manage distribution of E-marketing literature and sales tools to the entire sales team
5. Assist with daily marketing operations
6. Collate and maintain monthly competitive trackers
7. Assist with healthcare compliance submission
8. Maintain company ANZ price list
9. Assist ANZ executive T&E coverage

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
* A High school diploma or equivalent required, with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* A Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required
* High level of competence in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously.
