About the Roles
* Groundskeeper:
o Maintain gardens, lawns, pathways, and landscaped areas by performing regular mowing, slashing, trimming, and general grounds care tasks.
* Handyperson:
o Perform maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, equipment, and guest facilities.
o Complete preventative maintenance tasks and respond quickly to repair needs.
* Previous experience in groundskeeping and handyperson roles is essential.
* A strong understanding of gardening principles and practices is required for the Groundskeeper role.
* The ability to work at heights and operate machinery safely is necessary for both roles.
