About The Opportunity
Join our Maintenance team at Harvey Fresh as a Maintenance Coordinator, where you'll lead a team of approximately 15 tradesmen to ensure the smooth operation of our plant and equipment. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency, minimising downtime, and driving continuous improvement across our UHT/ESL, Fresh Milk, and Juice lines. You'll be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver reliable maintenance solutions.
Skills Required
* Certificate III in Mechanical or Electrical (Required) or relevant Bachelor's Degree (Highly regarded)
* 3–4 years of experience in maintenance or engineering leadership, ideally within Dairy or FMCG
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with SAP knowledge
* Proven leadership and mentoring experience with direct reports
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritisation abilities
