Integrated Buildings Division
Our Integrated Buildings Division operates across the eastern seaboard and is seeking a driven Mechanical leader to join our growing team. Our approach is based on an Integrated Design strategy that delivers cost‑effective solutions, enhances performance and resilience, and produces comfortable, functional, safe and sustainable buildings and communities.
The team brings expansive experience across complex sectors including major health, education, hospitality, government & civic, retail, commercial, office fit‑out, seniors living, aged care, accommodation, industrial, communities and existing asset performance. We adopt a multi‑disciplinary approach and provide in‑depth expertise at every stage of the project lifecycle.
The Role
As part of our ambition to strengthen our presence in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets, the Mechanical Lead role offers an opportunity to lead major projects and high‑performing teams while being supported by close‑knit management and delivery teams.
We are seeking influential leaders who bring a blend of technical depth, consulting excellence and commercial acumen. This role can be based at either Canberra or Newcastle.

Candidate Profile
* Proven experience working as a Mechanical engineering consultant in the Australian market.
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
* Ideally CPEng certified or seeking to attain it in the next 1‑2 years.
* Ability to mentor and guide both senior and junior staff.
* Proficiency in mechanical design, including heat loads, system design, equipment selection and coordination.
