Your Key Responsibilities
1. Assist clients with their daily routines, including personal hygiene and mealtime management.
2. Support participants with various needs, such as cerebral palsy, Parkinson's disease, and autism.
3. Liaise with healthcare professionals to implement effective care plans.
4. Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
