This role offers the opportunity to mentor a dedicated clinical team, uphold aged care compliance standards, and champion high-quality, person-centred care. You will play a key leadership role in fostering a safe, compassionate environment for residents and staff alike. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility Lead, support and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional development Develop and manage tailored care plans in collaboration with families and health professionals Monitor compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance frameworks Manage care documentation, audits, and accreditation processes Engage in continuous quality improvement and risk management initiatives Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders Requirements Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Proven experience as a Care Manager or in a similar senior clinical role Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC funding Strong leadership and communication skills Competency in clinical care planning, evaluation, and team management Benefits Sponsorship Opportunity for the candidate with the right experience!
