Job Description
* Oversee the day‐to‐day management of a diverse property portfolio in Sydney.

* Prepare and maintain accurate records, including lease agreements and financial reports.
* Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure property maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently.
* Monitor rent payments and manage arrears effectively.Provide detailed updates and reports to senior management as required.
* Ensure adherence to all legal and industry‐specific regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in property management within the property industry.
