Senior Contracts Administrator | Multi-Residential Projects
Location: Gold Coast, QLD | 5+ years' experience required
We're working with a leading construction company in Southeast Queensland, renowned for delivering high-quality, luxury residential developments. They're now seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team in Gold Coast and play a pivotal role in the execution of multi-residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead contracts administration on multi-residential builds from procurement and tender evaluation through to execution and claims management.
* Manage subcontractor agreements, variations, extensions of time and claims, ensuring contract compliance and risk mitigation.
* Coordinate closely with the commercial, legal, and project teams to ensure financial performance aligns with budget and delivery objectives.
* Maintain and update contract registers, produce reports and dashboards, and support forecasting and commercial strategy.
* Drive efficient contract execution in a fast-paced construction environment, ensuring quality, safety and stakeholder alignment.
What We're Looking For:
* 5 + years' experience in a contracts/claims role within multi-residential construction.
* Strong commercial awareness, understanding of MEICA (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, automation) scopes, and ability to structure complex subcontracts.
* Excellent communication skills comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants and legal advisors.
* Proactive and methodical with high attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
* Able to work independently and take ownership of contract milestones whilst collaborating in a supportive team environment.
* Driven to contribute to a business culture that values innovation, collaboration, integrity and leadership.
