This is a diverse role where you will be dealing directly with clients, partners, and accountants within our team. The role would suit an all rounder, who is happy to take on a mix of responsibilities.
Reporting to the Directors, this role will be part Client Experience Manager and part Executive Assistant. Your role will include:
* Assisting the Accounting team with administration tasks, including liaising with the ATO and collating year end annual packages
* Assisting with the preparation of client proposals and providing a fabulous onboarding experience for new clients
* Providing support to Partners/Accounting team to facilitate the day to day administration functions, to enable them to free up time to focus on helping clients achieve their goals
* Reception related activities, providing customer service over the phone to clients and potential clients, including welcoming clients.
* Direct client contact for organising meetings and arranging appointments and diary management
* Providing high level administrative and secretarial support, to existing team members
* Document management, creation, scanning and filing
* Maintaining a client relationship management system and electronic document management system
To be successful you must have a proven administration background, preferably in the professional services sector or public practice accounting. In addition, you must have a professional manner, brilliant communication, and charming interpersonal skills. The most important criterion is your ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
