Based in Mount Waverley, this full-time legal assistant position will involve secretarial support across various areas of law, with a particular focus on commercial law. The role includes preparation of accounts, opening and maintaining files, liaising with customers, answering phone calls and maintaining file lists. You will also be assisting with general office duties.
With a wide range of tasks, the position requires good organisational skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm, a commitment to service excellence and a passion for working in a law office.

You are an experienced legal assistant with a drive and passion for working as part of a high performance team.
You have strong ethics, excellent character, warm relational skills and a commitment to service excellence.
You are a team player who is teachable and flexible, yet capable of working autonomously. You will have the ability to carry out all tasks required with a 'can-do', positive attitude.
You will have advanced computer skills and preferably proficient in Affinity.
