Support on Offer
* Gradual increase of caseload from the start.
* Fortnightly 1:1 supervision with a Senior Occupational Therapist with 8+ years experience.
* Mentoring from an experienced team of OTs, including two senior OTs and three early‐career OTs.
* Access to a $1,000 CPD allowance and fortnightly internal team training.
* Each OT specialises in a different practice area, enabling tailored support for your caseload.
* Admin team manages scheduling and invoicing, allowing you to focus on clinical practice.
* Caseload can be tailored to your areas of interest.
Your Caseload
* 90% NDIS, 10% private clients, with increasing DVA/return‐to‐work clients starting in the recent year.
* Mixed‐age caseload: 65% adults, 25% paediatrics, 10% aged care.
* Hybrid role—support in clinic and flexible community work.
* Conditions supported: Adults—Acquired Brain Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Cerebral Palsy, and spinal cord injury conditions.
* Paediatrics—ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing disorder.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
* AHPRA registration.
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
* Driver's licence and own vehicle.
