About Your New Job
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities within the construction and building sector, promoting our client's products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Identify customer decision-makers and leverage relationship opportunities to generate sales.
2. Maintain a high degree of quality awareness and monitor quality performance.
3. Relationship management with customers and collaboration with the sales team.
4. Lead management through various sources and report progress in the CRM system.
5. Identification and promotion of the company's prefabrication solutions and value-added products.
6. Sales administration, including accurate articulation of pricing with stakeholders.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in field sales with extended knowledge of construction processes.
* Commercial and technical knowledge of construction and building industry products.
* The ability to negotiate with customers at all tiers.
* A high level of negotiation skills and customer-oriented approach.
* Goal-orientated and effective time management skills allowing for set deadlines to be achieved.
* The ability to multitask people, events, systems, and deadlines.
* Self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised in the field publicly.
* A current driver's licence.
