Job Overview:
* Perform aircraft maintenance and rectification as per manufacturers' specifications to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with specialist teams to provide excellent engineering standards on a solid foundation of safety, quality, reliability, and service.
Requirements:
* Completed Certificate IV Aeroskills qualification (Mechanical or Avionics)
* Previous experience in a Line Maintenance environment is desirable
* Relevant Aircraft Maintenance (Mechanical or Avionics) trade experience
* Experience working on B738, A320 and/or A330 is desirable
* Proven commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle competing demands, particularly when under pressure and/or managing multiple stakeholders
* Compliance with all safe working practices and service standards
* Excellent time management skills and proven ability to effectively manage demanding schedules
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and independently
* Commitment to being customer focused with the flexibility and willingness to undertake other reasonable duties as required
* Highly developed attention to detail
* Ability to work shift work
* Australian Drivers license
* Pass Pre-Employment Medical
