If you're passionate about HR and looking to make an impact in a thriving industry, we'd love to hear fr Job Description The key responsibilities of this role are; Taking the lead with end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and attracting candidates to offering and on boarding new hires. Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and align recruitment strategies to meet their needs. Provide advice and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices. Ensure legal compliance will all aspects of recruitment/HR practices. Prepare all new starter documentation and on board all new employees proficiently. Have the capacity to assist with other HR related duties. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have the following skills; Demonstrate that you are able to work autonomously whilst overseeing the end to end recruitment process Extensive recruitment experience Possess self-motivation and discipline when working independently whilst being able to work collaboratively with a small team Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and the ability to apply your knowledge consistently throughout your daily duties. Knowledge across employment law and contract compliance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities on a daily basis.
