Description
We currently have an opportunity for an Area Works Supervisor. Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team and play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of works and services including the management of subcontractor performance. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
* Develop project scopes of work to client standards and deliver projects within budget, at the required quality standard, and on time.
* Plan and coordinate daily project delivery tasks, including scoping of vacant properties, both administratively and with external supply partners delivering works.
* Ensure quality of work meets contractual requirements, company standards, and client expectations.
* Ensure relevant contractual KPIs are met and exceeded where possible.
* Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact, managing client enquiries and striving to meet or surpass expectations.
What You'll Bring
* Hold a construction White Card.
* Qualification or relevant experience in Project Management, Property Maintenance, or as a qualified trades professional (highly desirable).
* Solid experience managing and delivering planned works programs in a similar role and/or industry.
* Experience in delivering contracts using an outsourced service model.
* Skilled in managing, monitoring, and evaluating subcontractor performance.
* Experience in building and construction management.
