Recruitment Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Assistant to join our operational recruitment team. This is a fixed term contract for 24 months.
The role will involve providing recruitment support services to both Store Operations and Logistics nationwide as part of our centralised recruitment rollout. You will play a pivotal role in assisting the recruitment of top talent into our business, working closely with Hiring Managers to identify the right candidates.
Selection Criteria:
* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and systems
* Strong understanding of retail and supply chain environments
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance conflicting priorities
* Excellent attention to detail and comprehension skills

Role Responsibilities:
