About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swimming pool construction/apprentice to join our growing team at Award pools construction group based in Tyabb, Victoria. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the exciting field of swimming pool construction.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with the construction and installation of high-quality in-ground swimming pools
* Working alongside experienced pool builders to learn all aspects of the trade
* Developing skills in pool excavation, concrete pouring, tiling, and plumbing
* Participating in the delivery and assembly of pool equipment and accessories
* Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
What we're looking for
* A keen interest in swimming pool construction
* Strong problem-solving and practical skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and customer service skills
* A willingness to learn and a commitment to completing your apprenticeship
* A valid driver's licence
* Valid white card
* reliable vehicle
