We are now seeking a talented and experienced Part‐Time or Casual Chef de Partie to join our kitchen teams. Inspire our team and take our culinary offering to the next level.

* Trade qualification or equivalent (Cert III in Commercial Cookery)
* Dedication to the production, preparation, and presentation of dishes of the highest quality
* Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
* Team player attitude and willingness to work within a large, diverse team
* Commitment and passion for high‐end service, always ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
* Adhere to strict stock rotation and minimum wastage guidelines
* Ability to maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment
