About The Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing talent, and delivering a world-class customer experience aligned with the standards of the luxury brands we represent. You will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, mentoring consultants, and ensuring consistent execution of premium retail practices.
In this role you will:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team targets
* Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the dealership
* Oversee daily sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and regulatory requirements
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of sales team members
* Monitor market trends and implement strategies to maximise opportunities
* Partner with Finance & Insurance, Service, and Delivery teams to optimise the customer journey
* Analyse sales data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
* Represent the dealership and brand with professionalism and integrity at all times
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior automotive sales leadership role
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people development capabilities
* A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability
* Experience working with prestige or luxury automotive brands (highly regarded)
* Ability to lead in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
* Strong understanding of CRM systems, reporting, and compliance requirements
