You will manage the entire client journey, from initial consultation and itinerary design through to booking, documentation, and travel support, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and cost bespoke luxury travel itineraries tailored to individual client preferences and budgets
* Manage the complete booking process, including supplier coordination, confirmations, amendments, and documentation
* Deliver exceptional service and support throughout the customer journey
* Build and maintain strong relationships with premium tourism suppliers and industry partners
* Stay informed on luxury travel trends, new products, and unique experiences across Australia
* Work closely with an experienced team to ensure seamless delivery of high‐end travel experiences
About You
* Proven experience designing luxury or high‐end travel itineraries
* Strong knowledge of premium tourism products and destinations
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple bookings and competing priorities effectively
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* A proactive, positive, and solutions‐focused approach
