CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experiencedFIFO Electrical Superintendentto lead the safe and effective management of electrical infrastructure across a major mining operation in the Northern Territory.ResponsibilitiesAct as Electrical Superintendent reporting to site senior leadershipProvide visible safety leadership and embed a proactive safety culture across all electrical operationsLead and manage electrical infrastructure across Mill and Port operationsOversee maintenance execution including scheduling, condition monitoring, spares management, life extension and replacement planningManage instrumentation, control systems, and site based IT and communications networksEnsure compliance with all statutory, environmental, licensing, and electrical obligationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives with measurable operational outcomesManage financial performance including budgets, cost control, and forecastingLead, mentor, and develop a high performing electrical team focused on safe and efficient deliveryCoordinate contractors, resources, and internal stakeholders to support operational and project requirementsOur Ideal CandidateTrade or Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related disciplineHigh Voltage Switching qualificationMinimum 10 years experience in electrical infrastructure management within mining or minerals processingStrong technical capability across asset maintenance systems and electrical infrastructureDemonstrated understanding of minerals processing systems and operational interdependenciesProven leadership experience managing teams, systems, and performanceStrong knowledge of safety, risk, and compliance frameworksAbility to successfully pass all required background and site checksWhat's On OfferRoster of 9 days on and 5 days off with flights in Wednesday morning and out Thursday morningSalary range : From 195k -220k + 13% superannuation + allowancesFIFO from Darwin preferred; however, interstate candidates are encouraged to apply.
