Fulltime Reception/Administration Assistant
Mandurah Panel and Paint is your trusted name when it comes to vehicle smash repairs in the Peel region. We are a family run business with over 25 years’ experience in the automotive repair industry.
We are currently seeking a reception/administration assistant to join our team. If you are friendly and detailed-orientated, with experience in the smash repair industry we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
Duties will include:
Greeting Clients and Visitors.
Answering, screening, and directing phone calls.
Data entry, including repair quotes and supplier invoices.
Communicate with Insurance Companies and their representatives.
About You:
This role will suit someone who has confidence using computers and can quickly navigate new computer programs. The successful candidate will need to be able to follow procedures that are in place, be well presented, punctual, have great communication, organisation, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and prioritise several tasks at one time.
