**The role**:
This role is a **Full time** **Sales Position with some Warehouse Duties.**
**Snooze Tweed Heads **is seeking a passionate communicator who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.
In this role, you can expect retail hours that will vary and will include regular weekends and public holidays where required, based on a rotating roster.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Working harmoniously in a small team, as well as on your own
- Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations
- Building relationships with our customers
- Driving sales and achieving individual budgets whilst also delivering exceptional customer service
- Working closely with Owner learning some basic **warehouse duties** & liaising with customers to allocate our weekly deliveries and pick-ups.
- Stock control and ordering of back up warehouse stock.
**Skills and experience**:
- You know how to demonstrate exceptionally high standards of customer service
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Team player.
- Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred but not essential
- Computer knowledge is highly beneficial (experience with Pronto is an advantage)
- The desire to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- Self-motivation and well presented.
- Necessary fitness and ability to walk the floor throughout the day and perform manual handling tasks with awkward and heavy loads, as required.
