As a key member of the Country Sales Team, the BDM will proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and senior management within Doka Australia.This position suits a professional with project management experience, capable of managing large-scale civil and construction projects.The role requires a strategic, results-driven professional with industry insight, capable of delivering innovative, company-aligned solutions.Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with clients and decision-makersPrepare and present proposals to meet client requirements and offer solutionsExpand the client portfolio to grow market share in relevant regions within civil and LSP sectorsOversee and support the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standardsMaintain knowledge of all Doka products, key customers, and stakeholdersAchieve sales targets using excellent presentation and negotiation skillsPrepare expressions of interest, tender submissions, and marketing materialsManage projects collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersHandle project handovers for successful tendersServe as the first point of contact for clients during all project stagesPromote and cross-sell products and services to new and existing customersUpdate and maintain customer records in CRM systemsOwn responsibilities and manage projects across all stages to ensure targets are metQualificationsFormal business training or equivalent (desirable)Minimum 4 years’ experience in a BDM role within the construction sectorProven sales and customer management experience, ideally in system formworkExperience in civil and LSP sectors highly regardedTechnical understanding of formwork and construction industriesTrack record of securing new tenders in non-residential constructionEffective sales techniques experienceDriven, energetic, and passionate about constructionProblem-solving skills and independenceSelf-motivated and solution-orientedAdherence to ethics and compliance policiesStrong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWell-established client network in the sectorExcellent communication and negotiation skills in EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office and IT programsCurrent Driver’s LicenseAdditional InformationIf this describes you, apply now or contact Belinda Madani at belinda.madani@doka.com for more information.Let’s form the future together.
