Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager for a full-time hybrid role based on site. The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget, and manage site teams and contractors. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues. This position allows a blend of on-site presence and remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction site management, with the ability to oversee medium-sized project/s
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety compliance, and quality assurance standards
Excellent team management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Effective problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
Proficiency in project management software and technology tools relevant to the construction industry
Adept at communicating with stakeholders, contractors, and team members
Formal qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field are highly regarded
Familiarity with Western Australian building codes and regulations is a plus
