**The Opportunity**
**We are seeking and organised administration or scheduling professional to join our team**at Wollongong** Private Hospital.**In this role, you will be joining an experienced administration team where you will provide comprehensive customer focused service to our patients, families and visitors and be responsible for all bookings and administrative duties related to our Operating Theatres.

- You will also demonstrate:_
- Previous experience as a Medical Administrator
- Experience working with Medical Terminology
- Be passionate, engaging and focused on providing exceptional customer service and sensitivity to patient & family needs
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and complete tasks within a designated timeframe
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft programs and ability to learn new systems including Patient Management software.
**Remuneration**
On offer is base hourly salary of **$33.92** + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
