About the Role
This role sits within the Mental Health Assessment Team (MHAT), providing urgent mental health triage, acute assessment, and crisis intervention. The clinician will undertake comprehensive assessments, deliver targeted interventions, and manage a caseload within a recovery-focused framework. Collaboration with carers, multidisciplinary teams, and community stakeholders is essential to ensure holistic and high-quality care for individuals experiencing acute mental health concerns.
Requirements
* Mental Health Triage - Mandatory
* Acute Mental Health Assessment - Mandatory
* Ability to provide assessment, intervention, and case management for allocated caseload
* Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* RN4.1 level or above
