Key Responsibilities
Leverage your expertise in contract administration, financial reporting, and contractor management to drive success.
Engage with key stakeholders and manage intricate variations to ensure project delivery.
Collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of this $3Billion + AUD project.
Preferred Requirements
Proficiency in contract administration, financial reporting, and contractor management.
Proven track record in stakeholder management and engagement.
Ability to assess variations and navigate complex construction projects.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills to navigate stakeholder interactions.
Expertise in the Melbourne or Australian Eastern Seaboard construction sector, with a focus on tier 1 or tier 2 builder/projects.
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of experience working with a head contractor and/or a client-side business on construction projects.
Demonstrated success in a similar role within the construction with a teir 1/2 Head contractor.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as engineering, construction management, Quantity surveying or project management.

Full time / permananet roerl OR the opportunity to for 4 days per week.
Client Side position - WFH flexibility.

Stability as this project will run for 7 years.
Strong salary package up to $250k inc super pending expeirience.
N.B. role will be based at Melbourne AIrport 2/3 days per week (free parking provided).
